Too many people have had the experience of waiting in all day for a fitter who doesn’t show, getting a hard sell from someone who clearly just wants the commission, or ending up with blinds that don’t quite fit and no one to call when something goes wrong.

We wanted to build something different. A business where the person who visits your home is the same person who measures your windows, orders your blinds, and comes back to fit them. Where you get a straight answer when you ask a question. And where the job isn’t finished until you’re happy with it.

We’re based in Whitley Bay and we work across North Tyneside, Newcastle and the wider North East. Every job — big or small — gets the same care and attention. That’s not a marketing line. That’s just how we work.
